Due Dates and Statement (Bill) Cycle
Quarterly bill due dates and other important billing information for undergraduate students can be found below.
- Autumn Quarter: October 1st, 2023
- Winter Quarter: January 10th, 2024
- Spring Quarter: April 10th, 2024
Please keep in mind that during the quarter we send out statements for new or unpaid charges on a monthly basis, about the third week of each month. Those 支付 are the due the 10th day of the following month, i.e. bills sent out in late October are due November 10th. You or someone you authorize may use a credit card (Visa, 万事达卡, 美国运通, 发现), 借记卡, or e-check online to pay on your SPU Student Banner Account through a linked service called QuikPAY. 期望支付2.8% service fee for using a credit and 借记卡s. However, e-checks do not incur a fee.

国际学生: It is now possible for you to pay your SPU bill from your home country via a direct international payment! Thanks to a partnership we’ve created with a company called Flywire, you will no longer have to move money to the US to pay your bill. You (or whoever is paying the bill) simply have to have the bank account or card information from your country as well as your SPU ID number – that’s it! 支付 can be made directly through Flywire or 通过QuikPAY by choosing Flywire as the payment method.

You or your family may submit 支付 in person at Student Financial Services. Remember to note your student ID on the memo line of your check. We accept paper checks or cash.

每个月, we’ll send you notification (at your SPU email address) that your electronic statement reflecting tuition and fee charges, 支付, 以及应付金额. We’ll also send an email notification to whomever you authorize, typically your parents.
Because of federal regulations covering disbursement dates, some aid amounts may not be applied before we send your statement. So you’ll need to consult your Offer of Financial Assistance to determine how much you actually owe.
